Research Center for Insurance Law and Social Security Law
The Research Center for Insurance Law and Social Security Law was established in September 2000 as a non-entity research center of the Department of Insurance after the merger of the former China Institute of Finance and the former University of International Business and Economics. It is affiliated with the School of Insurance of the University of International Business and Economics. The research direction is insurance law and social security law. The source of funding is self-financed by the Center.
From the beginning of its establishment, the Research Center for Insurance Law and Social Security Law consisted of teachers who taught insurance law and social security law in the School of Insurance, expanding its scale and introducing fresh blood. The research center has produced many excellent results, such as "Principles of Insurance Law" edited by Chen Xin and Wang Guojun (Beijing University Press), which has won national and provincial awards; it has undertaken many national natural funds, social science funds and many provincial and ministerial projects and horizontal commissioned projects, such as the project of Beijing Rule of Law Government Research Base Rule of Law Government Collaborative Innovation Center - -Research on the Rule of Law in the Management of Basic Medical Insurance for Urban and Rural Residents in Beijing" (funded by the "Application of Research Results on the Rule of Law in Urban Management in Beijing in the Context of Mega-city Management", a major achievement transformation project of the central universities in Beijing). ), "Research on the Standardization and Legislation of the Basic Medical Insurance System for Urban and Rural Residents in Beijing", a special project of the Beijing Law Society for legal research.
